Pinnacle Travel Services, LLC was formed in 1999 and operates from a state of the art facility located in El Segundo, California and was specifically established to provide service support to the premium American Express Platinum Travel Service network in air, hotel and ground transportation, offering superior levels of customer service.
Pinnacle Travel Services has continuously served American Express, and it’s Platinum Card Members, as one of our major clients. In addition, Pinnacle Travel Service has provided support for other high-profile American Express travel-related services, including Centurion Card members, Executive Business Travel and Membership Rewards, as well as for Travel Impressions/American Express Vacations.
Pinnacle Travel Services operates corporate and government travel management divisions, alongside our group and vacation travel departments, based on the Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems combined with state of the art technology from DEEM, Thomalex – ResVoyage and other strategic partners.
